Заставний депозит в розмірі 1000 UAH, який буде повернуто при виїзді в разі збереження майна. При поселенні стягується страховий депозит в розмірі однієї ночі проживання і повертається при виїзді, якщо квартирі не завдано збитків. Час поселення - з 13:00, час виїзду - до 12:00. Реєстрація, отримання та повернення ключів відбувається у квартирі. Для поселення необхідно мати при собі паспорт. Заборонено: палити у квартирі, проводити дні народження та інші заходи, проживати з тваринами. При заселенні стягується застава в сумі вартості однієї доби проживання.
