Комната соответствует фото.
Очень грязные подъезд и лифт, сама комната хорошая, а вот ванная и кухня в плохом состоянии, отопление практически не работает, а дополнительный радиатор плохо прогревал комнату. Ужасная посуда для приготовления пищи (сковородки и кастрюли), грязные приборы. Холодильник старый и громко работает ночью. Раз в три дня должны были менять полотенца и белье - этого не было. В общем, не рекомендую.
