The apartments are located in the residential complex “OLYMPIC PARK” - a real “city within a city”, where everything is thought out for your convenience and comfortable life within walking distance. Guarded territory with concierge service, high-speed elevators and guest parking. A well-maintained recreation area with children's and sports grounds, as well as its own supermarket. In the immediate vicinity there are shopping centers, shops, banks, cafes, pharmacies, post offices and other necessary infrastructure. There are two metro stations - Vyrlytsia and Boryspilska, a picturesque park and a lake - just a 5-minute walk away. The apartment itself is fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: modern furniture, household appliances (TV, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, high-speed Internet, Wi-Fi), bedding and bath accessories, a full bath. There are 4 beds: a large double bed with orthopedic mattress and a sofa bed. A modern kitchen is equipped and stocked. We are happy to accommodate you with children and pets, it is discussed separately. We are non-smoking! There are smoking areas on the territory of the complex. If necessary, I provide all the reporting documents. Including a cash receipt! We reserve the right to charge a security deposit upon check-in, it is discussed separately. You must provide the original identity document upon check-in. The price is based on 2 people. The price is subject to change depending on the number of people staying, length of stay, etc. Standard check-in/check-out time: 14.00/12.00. Early/late check-out/check-in is possible, additionally discussed. We have a large number of rooms, we will always find a place for you.
