We bring to your attention a cozy luxury apartment of 33 sq.m., located on the 12th floor of a 28-storey residential building in the well-developed Darnytskyi district of Kyiv at 17 Bazhana Avenue. The apartments are located in the residential complex "OLYMPIC PARK" - a real "city within the city" where everything is designed for your convenience and comfortable living within walking distance. A gated community with concierge service, high-speed lifts and guest parking. A well-maintained leisure area with children's playgrounds and sports fields, as well as its own supermarket. Shopping centres, shops, banks, cafes, pharmacies, post offices and other necessary infrastructure are in the immediate vicinity. Two metro stations - Vyrlytsia and Boryspilska, a picturesque park and a lake are only a 5 minute walk away. The apartment itself is fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: modern furniture, household appliances (TV, fridge, microwave oven, kettle, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, high-speed internet, Wi-Fi), bedding and bathroom accessories, a full bathroom. There are 4 beds: a large double bed with orthopaedic mattress and a sofa bed. The sleeping area is closed off from the living room for your convenience. A modern kitchen is fully equipped. We are happy to accept you with children and pets, it will be discussed separately. We are non-smoking! There are smoking areas within the complex. If required, I will provide all the necessary documentation. Including a receipt! We reserve the right to charge a deposit at check-in, this will be discussed separately. You will need to show your original passport at check-in. The price is based on 2 people. The price is subject to change depending on the number of people staying, length of stay etc. Standard check-in/check-out time: 14.00/12.00. Early/late check-in/check-out is possible, additionally discussed. We have a large number of rooms, we will always find a place for you.
