- Розташування в центрі біля набережної - Історична будівля і охайний під'їзд - Крутий дизайн квартири, особливо світло й дзеркала - Затишний балкон - Мансардні вікна просто суперові!
- Мало посуду - Не було сушки для посуду - Мало поличок та гачків у ванні - Одіяла не були заправлені (окремо підодіяльник, окремо ковдра), може персонал думав що дуже жарко.

Высокий 5 этаж без лифта , Ремонтные работы в соседнем апартаменте до позднего вечера проводились.
