The Regional Clinical Hospital, several private medical centers and the historical part of the city are within a ten-minute walk. The apartment is located in a clean, well-kept entrance with limited access, closed with a combination lock. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable short-term and long-term stay: - double bed with orthopedic mattress, bed linen, towels; - all necessary household appliances: flat-screen TV, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric kettle, hairdryer, iron and ironing board; - Internet television; - fast internet (Wi-Fi); - there is a kitchen equipped and equipped with everything necessary for cooking and consuming food (appliances and utensils, salt, pepper, sugar); - bathroom: bath with shower, washbasin, toilet, heated towel rail, hairdryer; - soap, shampoo, shower gel, slippers. If necessary, a free apartment cleaning service is provided every 5 days. The apartment is guarded by a security service.
