Квартира очень тёмная, даже днём приходилось включать свет, жалюзи на кухне не регулируются, учитывая что это первый этаж я не могла открывать их полностью, поломанные ручки везде в дверях, за такие деньги можно было бы это исправить, сантехнику в туалете тоже .Ванна ооочень высокая, в квартире всего лишь один стул, как по мне это не совсем удобно. Были тараканы( Телевизоры без пультов( Желательно бы обновить полотенца и одеяла ,плачевное у них состояние.
