The apartment for our guests is always: - clean, ironed, high-quality bed linen and towels; - door handles, switches, panels, shower tray, toilet, treated with professional medical antiseptic; - floors are washed by special means; - coffee, sugar, filtered water, shower gel; - for the safety of our guests video surveillance in the hallway and at the entrance to the apartment; - front on the code, entrance to the yard on the code lock; - Smart TV, free high-speed Wi-Fi; - for your car parking across the street from the house parking under the house. The apartment is designed for comfortable living for 2 people. We care about the comfort of our guests and therefore, we do not rent apartments for various events and do not allow smoking in our apartments. The minimum stay is 2 days. For stays of 1 day - double the rate. Pledge - insurance deposit (return) is equal to the cost of 1 night.
