Владелец переселил в другую свою квартиру, по Екатерининской. В целом все понравилось.

Поломанный держатель для душа(в процессе починили) Затапливается душ, туалет Стиральная машина в общем коридоре, протекает Никакой звукоизоляции Плохая кухонная утварь Плохая посуда Это была одна квартира, из которой сделали две. Стена проходит прямо по окну и радиатору. Ужас!
