A single-storey outbuilding is located in the courtyard near Shevchenka park. The building has a separate indoor area. There are three rooms: a living-dining room with a single sofa bed and two bedrooms (double bed and double sofa bed). The bathroom is combined. All amenities are available to guests: air conditioning, dual-circuit boiler, washing machine, iron and ironing board, Internet, TV (cable TV), dishes, bed linen. Everything is fine and clean. In walking distance: entrance to Shevchenka park, Slavy alley, Chornomorets stadium, amusement park, rollerdrome, Lanzheron beach with a chic embankment and fountains, dolphinarium, start of Trasa Zdorovia (by which you can get to any beach in the city - on foot, by electric bike or rollerblading). Also there is a large cafe, Pariu-Zhariu, the central branch of Privat Bank, Santim supermarket, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, tennis court nearby. To Derybasivska - 15 minutes on foot. This is the best combination of proximity to the sea and the city center.
