Якщо гість без документів, в стані наркотичного або алкогольного сп'яніння, то адміністрація має право не поселяти клієнта без повернення завдатку. Діє гнучка система знижок: при заселенні на 7 діб - 10% проживання понад 7 діб - 15%. При ранньому заселенні та виселенні додаткова оплата 500 грн, за попередньою домовленістю. При скороченні дат проживання гроші не повертаються. Куріння у квартирі ЗАБОРОНЕНО, ШТРАФ 100$. Також заборонено влаштовувати вечірки різної тематики.
