В квартире не курят. Квартира не сдается для празднований. Квартира рассчитана для почетных гостей. В рейтинговые и праздничные дни цены меняются. При заселении берется залоговая сумма за квартиру, при выселении - возвращается. При сокращении дат средства не возвращаются. Исключение может быть, если гости сообщают о сокращении до поселения или в первый день заезда. У квартирі не курять. Квартира не здається для святкувань. Квартира розрахована для поважних гостей. В рейтингові і святкові дні ціни змінюються. При заселенні береться заставна сума за квартиру, при виселенні - повертається. При скороченні дат кошти не повертаються. Виняток може бути, якщо гості повідомляють про скорочення до поселення або в перший день заїзду.
