10.001.Прекрасное месторасположение. 2.В квартире есть все необходимое для отдыха. 3.Чистота в квартире.
1. Очень холодно - мы отдыхали в средине октября, отопления не было еще, очень замерзли. 2. Есть небольшой запах сырости в туалете. 3. Подтекает туалет, постоянно мокро.4. Скорее не минул, а для информации, комнаты в квартире немного меньше чем на фото.
