The apartment is made in bright colors with bright elements. The bedroom is made in violet lavender tones, a double bed 160 cm with winter-summer orthopedic mattress, blackout curtains, rugs near the bed, air conditioning with heating function, a built-in mirrored wardrobe with a safe, a stationary area for applying makeup for lovely ladies, floor heating, 32-inch TV with cable channels and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is executed in light green and yellow tied to a purple bedroom, a folding corner of 100 cm will comfortably accommodate one adult or two children. A rattan table in the kitchen with a glass top, a 22-inch TV with cable channels, a hob, a fume hood with a timer are all for your convenience. There is a refrigerator, washing machine, electric kettle, all the necessary utensils and appliances for 4 people, salt, sugar, pepper, butter, tea, coffee for a comfortable stay at check-in. The bathroom is made in white and equipped with a shower unit, a washbasin and a toilet with the possibility of using a watering can, bidet, hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels. There is a bedside table and a hanger in the hallway.

Расчетный час пребывания в квартире 11:00. Пребывание в квартире после 11:00 оговаривается с менеджером заранее и оплачивается отдельно, один час пребывания стоит 10% от суточной стоимости квартиры. Если Вы по каким-то причинам не смогли вернуться к часу выезда и не сдали ключи от квартиры, залог не возвращается. Отчетные документы можете получить по адресу проживания в течение срока проживания. Если по телефону с менеджером Вы договаривались на один срок проживания, а при приезде в квартиру изменяете время пребывания в меньшую сторону, то цена на квартиру в сутки может измениться в большую сторону, так как Вам могла быть предоставлена скидка из-за долгого срока проживания. 6. Курение в квартире строго запрещено, если в момент принятия квартиры горничная обнаруживает запах дыма, взимается штраф - 500 UAH (за время проветривания квартиры), запрещено ходить по квартире в обуви! 7. Если Вы желаете продлить Ваше пребывание в квартире свыше оплаченного срока, то это возможно только в том случае, если квартира на эти даты еще не забронирована. Для того, чтобы продлить пребывание в квартире Вам необходимо заявить об этом заблаговременно и по возможности сразу оплатить дни продления. 6. В нашей компании предусмотрена бесплатная уборка и смена белья 1 раз в неделю. Пожалуйста, относитесь бережно к мебели и бытовой технике.
