The room has a surface area of 8 m2, is on the third attic floor, the walls are covered with liquid wallpaper in pleasant colours and there is a large window in the ceiling facing the sky. The room has an entrance hall with a mirror, fridge, TV and two single beds. There is a communal kitchen on the ground floor. In the yard there is a small playground, gazebos and barbecue. In summer there is a children's trampoline and a table tennis table. You can park a car in the yard and the entrance to the yard has a combination lock. There is a grocery store and a grill-cafe-pizzeria 50 metres away. It takes about 10-12 minutes to walk to the sea, which is 900 metres away.
