The apartment has everything for a comfortable and pleasant stay. We always welcome guests who respect the property and comfort of the neighbours :) The apartment is rented for a quiet and peaceful stay. The apartment is not offered for various holidays, birthdays, weddings, etc. In case of violation of these rules, a fine of the amount of the left deposit may be charged. In case of gross violation, you may be evicted immediately and without refund. Smoking is only allowed on the public balcony on each floor. Infrastructure around: A wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets and coffee shops to suit all tastes. Dream Town shopping centre, Planet Kino cinema, children's entertainment and ice skating rink. One of the most beautiful Obolon embankments, Natalka Park, and the new Obolonsky Island have just been opened. A deposit of 1000 UAH is required for stays of up to one night.
