There is a free guarded car park on the premises (subject to availability). There is also a paid car park near the Dream Town shopping centre.

Ми з повагою ставимось до комфорту сусідів тому музика, голосні розмови, крики тощо категорично заборонено. При скаргах від сусідів на шум штраф в розмірі завдатку. - Куріння в квартирі і на суспільних територіях в ЖК заборонено. Штраф в розмірі залишеного завдатку. - Квартири під святкування і компанії категорично не здаємо. В квартирі проживає оговорена кількість гостей. При виявлені порушень виселення одразу без повернення оплати і завдатку.
