Обов'язкова наявність документа, що посвідчує особу, та внесення застави в розмірі добової вартості проживання. Кількість гостей обговорюється заздалегідь. Заходи та святкування проводити в квартирі заборонено. Проживання з тваринами заборонено. У разі порушення правил проживання - виселення без повернення внесеної оплати і застави.
