New apartment
There is no detergent. No sponc. No cooking tools ( glass and fork wasn't clean) Room service every 3 days. No welcoming coffe or tea, No water. Out of the city 35 EU to 42 euros for Kiev crazy expensive. Staff and Dobovo don't speak English. Not so easy to cominiquete with hotel. They don't have WhatsApp. Etc etc. If possible don't go Kiev. They think tourism trap. So far the metro.
