Early check-in (6:00) and late check-out (till 22:00) are charged as half price per 1 night. We do not accommodate customers under 25 years’ age. Exceptions are possible if you pay safety deposit at check-in. Celebration and parties are not allowed. The apartment is not rented for office or commercial use. Kindly be informed that since your reservation for 1night or 2 nights only we require a safe deposit of 2000 UAH upon arrival and we will return it upon departure if no damage in the apartment.
