Ми з повагою відносимось до комфорту сусідів, тому музика, голосні розмови, крики тощо категорично заборонено. При скаргах від сусідів на шум — штраф в розмірі завдатку. - Куріння в квартирі та на суспільних територіях в ЖК заборонено. Штраф в розмірі залишеного завдатку. - Квартири під святкування і компанії категорично не здаємо. В квартирі проживає оговорена кількість гостей. При виявлені порушень — виселення одразу, без повернення оплати та завдатку. Дякуємо за увагу!
