Заезд - 13:00. Ранний заезд допустим при наличии возможности со стороны владельца (обсуждается дополнительно). Выезд - 12:00. Квартира не сдаётся для празднований. В квартире запрещено курить. Проживание с животными возможно по предварительной договорённости. При поселении заключается договор аренды и взимается залог в размере суточной стоимости проживания. Залог возвращается при выселении, если имущество не было повреждено и соблюдались правила дома. Ответственное лицо должно быть не младше 25 лет. Заїзд - 13.00. Ранній заїзд допустимий за наявності можливості з боку власника (обговорюється додатково). Виїзд - 12:00. Квартира не здається для святкувань. У квартирі заборонено палити. Проживання з тваринами можливе за попередньою домовленістю. При поселенні укладається договір оренди і стягується застава в розмірі добової вартості проживання. Застава повертається при виселенні, якщо майно не було пошкоджено і правил будинку було дотримано. Відповідальна особа повинна бути не молодше 25 років. Check-in time is 13:00. Early check-in is allowed, subject to availability by the owner (is discussed additionally). Check-out time is 12:00. The apartment can not be rent for celebrations. The apartment is non-smoking. Accommodation with pets is possible by prior arrangement. When settling a lease is concluded and a deposit in the amount of the daily cost of living is charged. The deposit is returned upon eviction, if the property was not damaged and the rules of the house were observed. The person in charge must be at least 25 years of age.
