My apartment is perfect for u to enjoy Kyiv. It feels warm and cozy during cold weather and cool and fresh for warmer days. It's full of light, sunshine and quiet. This apartment is ideally located in the center of the city and it's close to everything: Khreshchatyk, Arena City, Mandarin Plaza, Gulliver shopping center. This is a very pleasant neighborhood to stay in with lots of good finds all around, the famous restaurants, bars, bakeries, food- marts and grocery stores. Khreshatyk and Bessarabsky market are just two minutes walking. Neighborhood is easily accessible via different modes of transportation. On the first floor of the building you will find a Georgian restaurant, pharmacy and a dry-cleaning. Apartment has one reception room with a sofa bed, and three bedroom with a king sized bed or two in each (please pay attention that two of bedrooms are private and the third bedroom include the entry way to one of bedrooms and has a sauna and jacuzzi in it). Relaxation room with round Jacuzzi, shower cabin and a private Sauna Toilet is separated from shower. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 guests (maximum sleeping places: 8 - 2+2+2+2 sofa). This quiet apartment is well appointed and functional, with good quality and furnishings to ensure a pleasant stay in it. Features : air conditioning, cable TV, fireplace, microwave oven, stereo, laundry washer, fridge, boiler, iron and ironing board, secure doors, coded entrance, high-speed Internet Wi-Fi, safe-box (deposit is taken separately), kitchen utensils. The apartment is situated on the 4th floor of a 5 story building with a door code (without elevator) with a newly renovated entry way.
