За сокращение периода проживания взимается штраф в размере стоимости 1 суток проживания. Стиральная машина находится в тамбуре. Иногда поселение гостей происходит через офис, который расположен по адресу: улица Прорезная 10. Стоимость трансфера из аэропорта Жуляны - 350 UAH, из аэропорта Борисполь - 650 UAH. Оплата страхового залога производится через платежную систему WayForPay.
