We are happy to accept you with children and pets, it is discussed separately. We are non-smoking! There are smoking areas in the complex. If necessary, I provide all reporting documents. Including a receipt! We reserve the right to charge a security deposit at check-in, it will be discussed separately. You must present an original form of identification at check-in. Rates are subject to change based on number of guests, length of stay, etc. Standard check-in/check-out time: 14.00/12.00. Early/late check-in/check-out is possible, additionally negotiated.
