The apartment is located in the very center of Kyiv. Pecherska metro station is in 5 minutes walk, Khreshchatyk street - in 30 minutes walk or in 10 minutes by public transport. The apartment is situated on the 6th floor of a new house (there is a big elevator). The windows offer a beautiful view. The apartment is overhauled, metal-plastic windows and armored door are installed, floor and walls are tiled. There is all the necessary furniture: a large double bed and a spacious single bed with orthopedic mattresses (3 sleeping places). At guests disposal: TV (100 channels), unlimited Internet (Wi-Fi), washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, hairdryer, iron, heater, there are all necessary utensils, always clean bedding and bath accessories. 5.00Інтернет не працює на ноутбуках (роутер невідомо де, телефони майже ловили сигнал), звукоізоляція ніяка, освітлення як карцері, білизна ще з 90х років, кухня майже відсутня (готувати нема де).
3.80Очень грязно, воняет. Кондиционера нет, сетки на окна не вставляются, одно окно не закрывается из-за отсутствия ручки. Бронировал на неделю, провел одну ночь и сделал замену квартиры с доплатой.
