The house is located in a quiet green courtyard, the noise of the central streets is absolutely inaudible, and on the cozy balcony it is nice to spend time over a cup of coffee, overlooking the central part of the city, you can see the domes of St. Michael’s Cathedral and St. Andrew’s Church. The house is located next to the most popular tourist places and routes: right there is Mykhailivska and Sofiyevska squares, here and the beginning of Andriivskyi descent, where you can go down to Podil, here and the famous funicular, where you can go down to the new River station. And going the other way, in ten minutes of unhurried pace, you can reach the Nezalezhnosti square - the main square of the country and Khreshchatyk - the main street of the city.

Заезд с 13:00, выезд в 12:00. Ранний заезд (с 8:00) и поздний выезд (до 22:00) оплачиваются как половина суточной стоимости. При заселении на 1-2 суток с гостя взимается страховой депозит суммой в 2000 UAH, который возвращается при выселении гостя, если квартире не был нанесен ущерб. Возможна встреча в аэропорту или на вокзале водителем-администратором, который на автомобиле за дополнительную плату доставит на квартиру и поселит гостя. Ключи передаются в квартире. Бесплатная уборка в квартире и смена постельного белья осуществляется через 6-7 дней проживания. Заселение происходит только при наличии паспорта. Мы не селим клиентов младше 25 лет. Возможны исключения при внесении залога при поселении. Квартира не сдаётся под вечеринки. Check in only if you have a passport. We do not accommodate customers under 25 years. Exceptions are possible if you pay safety deposit at settlement. Apartment is not rented for a party Check-in from 13:00, check-out at 12:00. Early check-in (8:00 am) and late check-out (until 22:00) are charged as half of the daily value. Check carries administrator, who is waiting for a guest in the apartment at the agreed time in advance. We can meet you at the airport or train station, the driver manager that the vehicle surcharge will deliver to the guest apartment and settle down. Keys are provided in the apartment. Free cleaning of the apartment and change of bed are possible after 6-7 days stay.
