The building is brick and monolithic, 34 floors, 4 elevators, concierge, guarded area. There is an air raid shelter (underground parking). Poznyaki metro station is a 5-minute walk away. Right behind the house there is Aladdin shopping center, Novus supermarket, within walking distance - Silpo, Pyramid shopping center, METRO, Epicenter, as well as other infrastructure - cafes, pharmacies, beauty salons, banks, etc. In the lobby of the building there is an Easy Pay terminal, a post office of Nova Poshta and Epicenter. Public transportation stops are 5-7 minutes walk from the house. Payment documents are available upon request. Payment is possible by bank transfer and cash. Standard check-in is from 14:00, check-out is until 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee, subject to technical feasibility.

Стандартное время заезда — с 14:00, время выезда — до 12:00. В это время гости могут заехать и выехать в любое удобное для них время. Заселение самостоятельное, ключи выдаются на посту охраны. За день до заезда администратор связывается с гостями через мессенджеры и информирует их о правилах заезда. При наличии технической возможности заезд и выезд могут быть выполнены раньше/позже за дополнительную плату. Стоимость продления проживания после 12:00 — 150 грн/час. После 18:00 засчитываются полные сутки. Для очень ранних заездов необходимо оплатить дополнительные сутки. Цена дополнительного спального места, не указанного в бронировании, — 200 грн за каждого человека. Курение в квартире категорически запрещено, в том числе на балконе. Исключение составляют электронные сигареты. Для курения используется общий балкон на этаже. Стандартний час заселення – 14:00, виселення – 12:00. У цей проміжок гості можуть заїхати та виїхати у будь-який зручний для них час. Заселення самостійне, ключі видаються на посту охорони. За день до заїзду адміністратор зв'язується з гостями через месенджери та інформує їх про правила заїзду. За наявності технічної можливості заїзд та виїзд можуть здійснюватися раніше/пізніше за доплату. Вартість продовження проживання після 12:00 – 150 грн/година. Після 18:00 рахується повна доба.
