The apartment has everything for a comfortable and pleasant stay. We always welcome guests who respect the property and comfort of the neighbors :) The apartment is rented for a quiet and peaceful stay. The apartment is not offered for various holidays, birthdays, weddings, etc. In case of violation of these rules, a fine in the amount of the left deposit may be charged. In case of gross violation, there may be an immediate eviction without refund. Infrastructure around: A large number of restaurants, supermarkets and coffee shops to suit all tastes. Dream Town shopping center, Planet Kino movie theater, children's entertainment, and an ice rink. One of the most beautiful Obolon embankments, Natalka Park, and the new Obolonsky Island have just been opened. Subway near the house, 10 minutes to Podil and the center of Kyiv. A deposit of 1000 UAH up to one day is required for the duration of stay.

При грубому порушенні можливе негайне виселення без повернення коштів. На час проживання утримується завдаток у розмірі від 1000 грн за одну добу.
