Розташування, парковка у дворі, просторе планування, рушники, чашки, ложки - все є в повному обсязі для комфортного проживання.
Погана якість води в будинку, в квартирі дуже холодно (при чому, не зрозуміло чому), кондиціонер не працює, меблі зношені, домофон не працює.
