Заселяємо гостей старше за 21 року. При поселенні вноситься страховий депозит 2000 грн, який повертається після оформлення виїзду. Без вечірок і заходів. Проживання з тваринами можливе (додаткова оплата). Паління у квартирі заборонене (окрім балконної території). Стягується штраф. При заселенні обов'язково мати при собі оригінал документів. Бронювання - 2000 грн, у разі відмови броня не повертається. Заїзд після 14.00 / виїзд до 12.00 (незалежно від часу заїзду.)
