A studio with modern renovation, fully equipped for your comfortable stay. Here you will find a kitchen with a separate dining area, dishes, refrigerator, microwave, stove, kettle, extractor hood, air conditioning, kettle, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, TV with SmartTV and Wi-Fi Internet. The studio has a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed. Bed linen, towels and a shower set are provided. Please note: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments. Standard check-in time - 14:00, check-out time - 12:00. Rates are per day for a maximum of two guests. For each additional guest 100 UAH/day. Please note - on weekends and holidays the price may vary, so please clarify the information in advance. It is also possible to arrange early or late check-in and check-out. We accept guests with children and pets by prior arrangement. It is possible to set a security deposit, its amount will be agreed in advance. Upon request, we will provide all necessary registration documents.
