Балкон, наличие горячей воды, чистый санузел
Кровать не собрана, быльце у изголовья прибито к стене, а сама кровать ездит, матрац съезжает, телевизора плазмы в 32 дюйма нет, а тот что на тумбочке не показывает. У стиральной машины сломана дверца и она не открывается. Wi-fi нет. Посуды ровно на 2 человека+ 1 кастрюля и сковорода
