При нарушении данных правил производится выселение без возврата оплаты. Взимается страховой депозит в размере суточной стоимости проживания. В случае неоплаты во время заезда всего забронированного периода или отмены бронирования - заселение не производится и предоплата не возвращается. При сокращении срока проживания, остаток оплаты не возвращается. Заїзд - після 13:00. Виїзд - до 12:00. Точний час від'їзду повідомляйте, будь ласка, за добу. У святкові періоди ціна може змінюватися. У квартирі суворо заборонено ходити у взутті, курити, проживати з тваринами, голосно слухати музику після 21:00, святкувати дні народження та проводити інші заходи. При порушенні цих правил проводиться виселення без повернення оплати. Стягується страховий депозит в розмірі добової вартості проживання. У разі несплати під час заїзду всього заброньованого періоду або скасування бронювання - заселення не проводиться і передоплата не повертається.
