Важливо! При заселенні обов'язкова наявність документів всіх мешканців. При отриманні ключів вноситься страховий депозит (або еквівалент в іншій валюті), який повертається при виселенні в обмін на ключі. Заселення можливе у будь-який час доби, за попередньою домовленістю. В комендантську годину (з 23:00 до 5:00) поселення та виселення не здійснюється. В комендантську годину всі в'їзди та входи на територію комплексу закриваються. В цей час категорично забороняється переміщення по території комплексу та за межі комплексу. Також звертаємо увагу на дотримання правил дорожнього руху під час паркування на території комплексу (категорично забороняється паркуватися на тротуарах, зеленій зоні, пішохідних переходах) та загальноприйнятих правил проживання (зокрема режиму тиші після 21:00 і до 08:00).
