Квартира зі свіжим ремонтом, зручне планування.
Квартира, яку бронювали виявилась недоступна на наші дати, заселили в іншу в тому ж ЖК. Власниця конфліктна і не зацікавлена у вирішенні проблем. Під'їзд до будинку дуже не зручний, треба проїхати через весь ЖК, щоб потрапити до будинку. Сам будинок по кількості квартир більше схожий на гуртожиток. Кондиціонер у квартирі дме прямо на ліжко, крім того його не вистачає щоб охолодити всю квартиру (вікна на південь).
