There is also a paid guarded parking lot near the house. The subway is 5-7 minutes away by transport, you can also walk. The city center is 30 minutes away. There is a forest across the road, a cinema, many cafes and restaurants nearby. Also within walking distance is the Kyiv Radiation Protection Center, an emergency hospital, and a heart institute. Kyoto Park is not far away. The University of Trade and Economics, Darynok, Lisovyi Market and Yunist Market are also within walking distance.
