Ранний заезд и поздний выезд оплачивается в размере половины суточной стоимости проживания. Для поселения необходимо наличие у гостя паспорта. Заселение и передачу ключей осуществляет администратор, который встречает гостя в квартире в оговоренное заранее время. Возможна организация встречи в аэропорту или на вокзале водителем-администратором, который на автомобиле доставит и поселит гостя в квартиру (за дополнительную плату). Бесплатная уборка в квартире и смена постельного белья осуществляется через 6-7 дней проживания. При заселении на 1-2 суток с гостя взимается страховой депозит 2000 UAH, который возвращается при выселении гостя, если квартире не был нанесен ущерб. Мы не селим гостей младше 25 лет.
