Ruby color prevails here too ruby sofa, tiny bright-striped carpet on the floor and striped curtains as well. Two paintings also follow the mysterious ruby tradition. Three big lamps and a big window make the apartment very light and spacious. Cozy kitchen is separated from the living room with a small bar and two bar-chairs. The kitchen, decorated in a modern European style, has all the necessary facilities which will help you to cook delicious meals with no effort at all. Even bathroom follows the same ruby-striped style. There you can find a Jacuzzi bath-tub with hydro-massage, wash-basin, a mirror and a w.c. Powerful air-conditioner makes the whole atmosphere fresh and bracing with the suitable temperature. Armored doors and a safe good lock will protect you and give you a feeling of being safe and sound. Baby cot is available upon request.

При бронировании апартаментов на 1 сутки на Новый Год взимается залог в размере 3000 UAH. Апартаменты отельного типа. Детская кроватка предоставляется по запросу. Для оформления заселения и получения ключей ждем вас на стойке регистрации по адресу улица Бассейная 19 второй этаж. Время работы - с 08:00 до 00:00. Внимание: Вы должны прийти на рецепцию для оформления процедуры заселения. Если у Вас раннее (до 8:00 утра) или позднее (после 00:00) заселение, то следует заранее договориться о передаче ключей, так как время работы стойки регистрации 08:00 - 00:00. Вас встретит сотрудник Partner Guest House у парадного (вход в дом) в назначенное Вами время. Гражданам Украины, которые бронируют на одни или двое суток, следует иметь при себе два документа для регистрации (или один документ и кредитную именную карточку). При размещении на три и более дней достаточно одного документа, подтверждающего личность (паспорт или водительское удостоверение). Для оформления раннего заселения (с 8:00) или позднего выселения (18:00) уточните возможность предоставления данной услуги заранее. Раннее заселение и поздний отъезд - это дополнительная услуга, которая оплачивается в размере стоимости половины суток и может подтверждаться за 24 часа до дня заселения. Проживание с животными запрещено. Курить в апартаментах запрещено. Курить разрешено на балконе (при наличии балкона). Мы не размещаем гостей младше 21 года За сокращение периода проживания взимается штраф в размере: - стоимости 1 суток проживания, если бронирование от 1-7 ночей; - 10% стоимости проживания, если бронирование от 7 ночей.
