The house has 6 rooms, a kitchen, 2 halls, and two bathrooms. There are some dishes, bed linen, towels, skewers and a barbecue. There are 14 sleeping places (two double beds, four double sofas, two single beds). In the absence of light in the house works: -heating, -hot and cold water supply, -a battery for partial lighting, -gas stove with oven (you can cook food). 1. The apartment is rented exclusively for a quiet vacation and not too noisy holidays (weddings, birthdays, corporate parties, etc.). Adequate, cultured, adults (25+) are accepted, you can have children - there is a children's space for them. 2. NOT ACCEPTED: young, large and noisy companies, lovers of loud music, and guests with animals.

Здаю будинок в чистоті та порядку. Приймаю його чистим або за додаткову плату здійснюється прибирання (1500 грн). Заборонено грати гучну музику на подвір'ї. Куріння сигарет, кальяну, айкосу в будинку заборонене. Режим тиші на ділянці з 22:00 до 09:00. Стандартний час заїзду: 14:00, виїзду: 12:00.
