При заселении мы подписываем договор с гостем и берем возвратный депозит в размере 100 USD. Депозит возвращается в день выезда гостя при соблюдении им правил дома и возврате ключей. We provide apartments in a multi-storey building in the city center. We hope for mutual understanding: our neighbors live and relax in apartments. After 22:00, according to the laws of Ukraine, it is forbidden to smoke, listen to loud music and create unnecessary decibels. Upon check-in, we sign an agreement with the guest and take a refundable deposit of $ 100. The deposit is refunded on the day of the guest's departure, subject to the rules of the house and the return of the keys.
