Prices for one apartment for up to 2 guests. And there is an additional discount if you stay more than 10 days. The new apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for your comfort: air conditioning, washing machine, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, iron, spacious shower room, and much more. We provide clean sheets and towels, as well as a general cleaning before each check-in. The apartment is not rented to persons under the age of 18 and is not intended for noisy parties. At check-in, you will be asked to show your passport or other identification document, and you will be asked to pay in cash for your entire stay and leave a deposit (which will be returned at check-out). We ask you to leave the apartment in order, without rubbish and without damage.
