Квартира большая, просторная
Тераса абсолютно не соответствует фото, вид с террасы, стройка и бетонные стены, никакого вида на море. Если вы планируете приехать компанией и отдохнуть, то квартира вам абсолютно не подходит, так как посидеть на террасе и пообщаться вы не сможете, так как после 22.00 начинает приходить охрана делать замечания, с соседнего дома вам начнут светить в глаза стробоскопом, а потом в итоге вас еще и оштрафуют до 3000грн )) если в друг вы разобьете тарелку, цена которой максимум 50 грн, с вас взыщут 200))
