При поселении в квартиру посетителям необходимо иметь при себе документы, удостоверяющие личность. Для проживания в квартире предусмотрена залоговая сумма за сохранность ключей и квартиры в размере суточной аренды. Данная сумма возвращается посетителю при отсутствии повреждений в квартире и сохранности ключей. Общее время заезда в квартиру 14:00, время выезда из квартиры 12:00. Другое время заезда и выезда можно обсуждать дополнительно, по договоренности. Взимается отдельная плата за отопление апартаментов кондиционером. Прошу обратить внимание: - по проживанию с предоплатой: в случае, если у Вас меняется срок прибывания в арендуемой квартире, Владелец оставляет за собой право возвратить Вам 50% от суммы пред оплаченных непрожитых дней. - по проживанию без внесения предоплаты: в случае, если у Вас сократилось количество суток проживания, заявленных в бронировании, Владелец оставляет за собой право корректировать стоимость проживания за сутки, с учетом компенсации за непредвиденный простой. Согласно правилам дома, Гости должны предупредить Владельца о непредвиденном выезде за 24 часа до выселения. В противном случае взимается штраф в размере 1 суток проживания. Прошу ответственно и взвешенно относится к выбору дат проживания в квартире.
