6.70ми жили в іншій квартирі - що на ватутіна. Там нас майже все влаштуало. Загалом квартира чудово виглядаєЄ хоча при детальному розгляді є багато недоробк. Але загалом ми залишилися задоволені. Розміщення, чистота, ціна - все супер. В квартирі тихо, двір на замку - чудово. Недоліки були, але не настільки, щоб зіпсувати відпочинок
З першого погляду - вау, потім вже почали бачити "нюанси" - забита каналізація (ну ок - буває, самі купили Кріт), потім розетки, що випадаюсть із стіни, не працююча техніка (тостер не працював, в душовій шланг був розірваний зовсім сильно (але там були верхні сопла і митися можна було нормльно більш-менш) і т.д.
