The apartment has a two-circuit boiler, air conditioning, washing machine, ironing board, extractor fan, dishes, bed linen, towels. The apartment is located in a quiet center. To Derybasivska, Opera theater - 15 minutes, entrance to Shevchenka park for the descent to Lanzheron beach - on Marazliivska street (see on the map). Chornomorets stadium, Alley of Glory, Lunapark with attractions are located in Shevchenka park, under the crowns of ancient trees. In the park, the Health Track starts, along which you can walk, drive an electric car, rollerblades, bicycles (can be rented) to any other city beach of our city. Dolphinarium, embankment with fountains - all is nearby. This is the best combination of the center of picturesque Odessa and the sea coast with its various beaches.
