The apartment is fresh, after renovation. 10 minutes walk to the sea and Arcadia, convenient transportation, cafes and grocery stores. Higher education institutions: Moscow State University, Law Academy, Military Academy (at the 4th station of the fountain), 5th maternity hospital, Odesa Administrative Court. The building has very thick walls. A cell was allocated so that air raids could be safely waited for. Pets are allowed (by prior arrangement) We provide reporting documents.
