10.00Само месторасположение квартиры неплохое, до аркадии минут 10-15, все рядом. Даже есть небольшой вид на море. На свои деньги вполне неплохо.
Нигде не было указано, что это квартира, которая поделена на две, то есть вы заходите в квартиру, а там тамбур, направо одни апартаменты, а прямо именно эта полуквартира. Просто хозяева поделили квартиру на две. Общий утюг на двоих, стиральная машина. Маленький холодильник, который еле морозит и кондиционер, который не охлаждает совершенно. Сдает не хозяин , а агенство. Если захотите оплатить картой, то могут возникнуть проблемы с этим. Если бы все условия эти были указаны заранее, то мы бы не сняли ее.
