Ціна у вихідні і святкові дні обговорюється додатково. Діє гнучка система знижок. При скороченні дат гроші не повертаються. При поселении необходимо иметь с собой документы, удостоверяющие личность гостя, который будет проживать в квартире. Если гость без документов, в состоянии наркотического или алкогольного опьянения, то администрация имеет право не поселять клиента без возврата задатка! Цена в выходные и праздничные дни оговаривается дополнительно. Действует гибкая система скидок. При сокращении дат средства не возвращаются. Identity documents are required upon check-in. If a guest has no documents, or is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, the Administration reserves the right not to settle the client without returning the deposit! Price on weekends and holidays is discussed separately. There is a flexible system of discounts. If the dates are shortened, the funds will not be refunded.
