We always welcome guests who respect the property and comfort of neighbors :) The apartment is rented for a quiet and peaceful stay. The apartment is not offered for various holidays, birthdays, weddings, etc. In case of violation of these rules, a fine in the amount of the left deposit may be charged. In case of gross violation, you may be evicted immediately and without refund. Smoking is only allowed on the public balcony located on each floor. Parking: Underground parking is available - 300 UAH/day. There is a free guest parking lot on the street with security and surveillance cameras. There is also a paid parking lot near the Dream Town mall. Let us know in advance if you need a parking space and which one. You will also need to provide your license plate number, make and model. Infrastructure around: A large number of restaurants, supermarkets and coffee shops to suit all tastes. Dream Town shopping center, Planet Kino movie theater, children's entertainment, and an ice rink. One of the most beautiful Obolon embankments, Natalka Park, and the new Obolonsky Island have just been opened. Subway near the house, 10 minutes to Podil and the center of Kyiv. Для різних свят, Днів Народжень, весіль тощо квартира не пропонується. При порушенні цих правил може стягуватися штраф в розмірі залишеного завдатку. При грубому порушені може бути виселення одразу і без повернення коштів. Палити в нас можна тільки на суспільному балконі, який знаходиться на кожному поверсі. На час проживання утримується завдаток в розмірі від 1000 грн до однієї доби.
